On Friday, April 19th, Pete Adams gave a talk entitled “Florida’s Rising? Not so Fast!” to the joint meeting of the Southeastern Geological Society and Florida Association of Professional Geologists (SEGS-FAPG) at Davenport, Florida. The meeting was followed by a Saturday field trip to tour the CEMEX Davenport sand mine and to look for fulgurites in the C.C. Calhoun pits.
