On Friday, February 9, 2018, Juan Felipe Paniagua Arroyave successfully defended his PhD Dissertation “Hydrodynamic Processes Associated with the Evolution of Cape-Related Shoals”. Pani has been a star within the UF Geomorphology group for the last 5 years and will be greatly missed, but we are happy to report that he will be moving on to a position of Assistant Professor within the Marine Sciences Group at EAFIT University in Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia.
